T-Kid

T-Kid (Born 1961) is active/lives in New York.  T Kid is known for Graffiti art.

In 1977, young T-Kid was injured in a gang shootout, narrowly escaping certain death. Handcuffed to his hospital bed, recovering for several weeks, he decides that he will become "Terrible Kid-170". Barely released, T-Kid repaints the lines of the New York subway by developing a unique style inspired by pop culture through graffiti lettering enriched with characters. Considered today as one of the spearheads of original graffiti, he multiplies exhibitions around the world.
