Joaquin Martinez Navarrete

Joaquin Martinez Navarrete (1920 - 1990) was active/lived in Mexico.  Joaquin Navarrete is known for Painting.

He began to study painting at the School of Plastic Arts in Celaya.  In 1940 he obtained a scholarship from the government to study at the Academy of San Carlos.

The artist was a disciple of Pastor Velázquez, Luis Sahagún and Francisco Goitia. He exhibited in life in Peru, Colombia, Spain, France, Japan, Canada, E.E. U.U. and Mexico.
