Grzegorz Drozd (b. 1970) is a contemporary painter who explores the concept of group versus individual in his artwork. He believes that art is subjective and cannot be received in groups, and that education should assume a human-human relationship. In one of his paintings titled "Educational Hour," he depicts a teacher and a group of children inside a school, emphasizing the homogeneity of the group through the use of a cold color palette and school uniforms. Despite this, he believes that everyone has free will and the right to make their own decisions. Drozd's work leads to complex discussions about man and his role in the group.
