A well known Canadian wildlife artist, painter, sculptor and printmaker, Ronald S. Parker (AKA: Ron Parker) was born in Vancouver, British Columbia and currently lives in Victoria, British Columbia. He has also lived in Kimberley (Wasa), B.C. and Courtenay, B.C., and he's travelled in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, the Rocky Mountains, Kenya and Costa Rica.

His mediums include oils, acrylics, watercolors, gouache*, serigraph*, bronze and limited edition prints. His most well-known works are realistic paintings of wildlife (primarily mammals and birds) in their habitat. However, his oeuvre includes portraits, figures, nudes, landscapes, shorelines, boats, social commentary, spirituality and allegory* all done in various styles such as Realism*, Impressionism*, Modernism* and Fauvism*.
