Ted Kautzky (1896 - 1953) was active/lived in New York / Hungary.  Ted Kautzky is known for Landscape, marine, genre.

Born in Budapest, Hungary, Theodore Kautsky became a noted watercolorist of landscapes and marine scenes. He received an architectural degree from the Royal University of Hungary.

In 1923, he emigrated to the United States and worked as an architect for the New York City Parks Department. He also taught art at Pratt Institute, New York University, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Toronto. His watercolors became widely known through exhibitions and his books on drawing and watercolor painting.
