Ludwig Adam Kunz (1857 - 1929) was active/lived in Germany, Austria.  Ludwig Kunz is known for Painting.

Ludwig Adam Kunz studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna from 1876, then from 1878 at the Royal Academy in Munich under Franz von Lenbach and Friedrich August von Kaulbach. The latter, together with Makart, determined his artistic development towards still life painting. In 1885 he spent time in Paris, supported by Munkáczy. Back in Munich, he was able to set up his studio in the former country house of Cosmas Damian Asam (known today as the "Asam-Schlössl"). In 1896, he was appointed professor at the Munich Academy. His still lifes in the taste of the old Dutch are kept in the Neue Pinakothek in Munich, the Vienna State Collection, the Liechtenstein Gallery and the Kunsthaus Zürich, among others.   ...  [Displaying 723 of 987 characters.]  Artist bio
