Simon Patrick Stone (Born 1952) is active/lives in South Africa.  Simon Stone is known for Painting.

Through the 70`s and 80`s, Stone earned the respect of many fellow artists as the poet of the inner city and the old mine dumps surrounding Johannesburg.  He was one of the first painters to celebrate the light and the silence of the city.

Simon Stone's work forms part of several collections worldwide and selected corporate collections including Alexander Forbes, Anglo American Collection, Pendock Collection, Johannesburg Art Gallery, SA National Gallery, UNISA, and University of the Witwatersrand.
