Rafael Perez Barradas (1890 - 1929) was active/lived in Latin America, Uruguay, Spain.  Rafael Barradas is known for Painting.

Rafael Barradas was born in 1890, in Montevideo, Uruguay.  His father was a painter.  Rafael began his career as a caricaturist. In 1912, he started travelling throughout Europe. Eventually, he  settled in Spain until his return to Uruguay in 1928.

Although he does not have any formal school training, he was involved with the Avant Garde and was influenced by futurism. He developed his own style which he called  "vibracionismo".

 In 1994,  he was honored with a travelling retrospective exhibition to  Zaragoza, Barcelona and Madrid.
