Artist Statement:
If I weren't an artist I'd be ashamed of myself!!

Pryor to my mother's passing some years ago, she sent a crate of things relating to me she'd saved since my birth. The very first drawing I did when about 3 years old was included. I still have it.

My interest in Art has never wavered through High School (Whittier, CA), 3 years in the US Navy, College (Principia in Elsah, IL), or Graduate School ( Arts & Crafts in Oakland, CA). And, as a recently retired Art Professor at a small college in Florida, am actively producing, daily.

My works are included in the following public collections:
