Michael Moss, a former playwright-turned-artist, saw a need in the arts community and stepped up to fill it.  For the past three years he has been what he calls the host of the annual fall open studio weekend.  It's a volunteer labor of love that allows art fans the chance to visit local artists in their studios, talk to them about their work and even take a piece of artwork home.??
