Manuel Teran

Manuel Teran (Born 1974) is active/lives in Spain, Chile.  Manuel Teran is known for Paintings of ruins, landmark buildings, themes of technology and art.

A Chilean artist, Manuek Teran earned a Bachelor in Fine Arts from the University of Chile. He has been a resident of Spain for the last fifteen years and has developed his creative work in the field of visual Arts and New Technologies applied to Art.

As a painter, he has participated in several solo and group exhibitions in Latin America and Europe. Since the beginning of his burgeoning career his work has been collected by private and institution collectors such as as the Museum of Visual Arts Santiago, Chile, 2002.

His most recognized urban painting project, "Capital Project", is a work in progress that adds new paintings with new sceneries each year. Started on 2005 (Caja Madrid Foundation ) it is being shown on more than a dozen cities, where it was welcomed at Galleries and Art fairs all around Spain.
