Jizhong Fang

Jizhong Fang (1923 - 1987) was active/lived in China.  Jizhong Fang is known for Chang'an School of Painting.

Fang Jizhong was born in Mianxian, Shaanxi Province in 1923 and died in 1987.

Fang taught Art in primary and secodary schools. Fang Jizhong studied Art under the guidance of Zhao Wangyun.

During the cultural revolution, he was sent to the countryside, in Shaanxi Province. Between 1972 and 1976 he taught Art in the Hanzhong Cultural Centre.

After Fang's graduation from the Oil Painting Department of the Nanjing Art Academy in 1961, he took up teaching.
