Mark Haworth

Mark Haworth (Born 1952) is active/lives in Texas.  Mark Haworth is known for Landscape painting.

Mark Haworth was raised in an artistically talented family who has always encouraged him in his career.  Mark discovered early his natural aptitude for drawing, which was practiced and trained throughout his primary and secondary school years.  Several family visits to the East Coast during his childhood exposed Mark to some of the finest art museums in the U.S.

After high school Mark was apprenticed by the nationally renowned portrait painter, Glenn Bahm.  Glenn taught Mark that one could make a career of painting only through a sound conventional training in art fundamentals and an in-depth study of the old masters. Glenn stressed the importance of color, composition, values, and edges.
