Linlu Xu (1916 - 2011) was active/lived in China.  Linlu Xu is known for Painting.

Xu Linlu was born in Penglai, Shandong in 1916 and died in 2011. Chinese flower and bird painter, calligrapher, and connoisseur of ancient and modern painting and calligraphy. Adhering to homeschooling since childhood, he loves to study calligraphy and painting.

In 1939, Linlu Xu benefited from the guidance of Mr. Pu Xinshe in painting and calligraphy concepts and techniques. In 1945, he worshipped Qi Baishi as his teacher, and followed it for 13 years to obtain its true meaning. It has been engaged in pen and ink painting for more than 60 years, exposing and studying the works of nearly 10,000 famous masters of all dynasties, absorbing the brush and ink techniques of Shi Tao, Zhu Da, Wu Changshuo and other masters, and creatively absorbing folk art and Peking Opera art into its own paintings.
