T. Michael Tracy, artist, writer, and inventor is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design where he is also an instructor. An ardent explorer of art and design since a child, Michael seeks to create new methods and techniques that add technical virtuosity to richly detailed imagery.

Michael has been displaing his work in various galleries for almost 15 years now, first debuting a color changing three dimensional painting method that required no 3D glasses to be viewed. This painting method, dubbed Three-Dimensional Ultraviolet, when applied to video directly lead to Michael being awarded a US patent for a 3DTV design that required no 3D glasses.

Michael's latest innovation is a painting method termed 'Reverse Transparency Painting,' which enhances the work's perceivable color gamut through an innovative process where the imagery is painted on the reverse side of transparent film using various inks and enamel paints.
