Rusong Xiao (1922 - 1992) was active/lived in Taiwan, Province of China, China.  Rusong Xiao is known for Painting.

Hsiao learned to draw under Toho Shiotsuki.  He had won many awards, including: Tai Yang Art Exhibition, Rotary Award, Jin Jyue Award, Fong Shan Award, Wun Sie Award, the Provincial Fine Arts Exhibition, etc.  He had participated in local and international exhibitions over ten times.  He taught in Hsin Chu Teachers University over forty-six years.  Even though he often painted plain objects from everyday life, his works still reflect his personality and style.
