Born in New York on Nov. 28, 1910. Moreau studied at New York University, the ASL in NYC, and for two years in Paris, France, and Germany. He moved to California in 1936 and was active in San Francisco in the 1940s. He died in December 1964. Exh: San Francisco Art Association, 1942; City of Paris (SF), 1945.
