Paraskeva Clark (née Plistik), painter (born 28 October 1898 in St. Petersburg, Russia; died 10 August 1986 in Toronto, ON). Paraskeva Clark experienced the Russian Revolution first hand. She lived in Paris for eight years, working at an interior design shop, becoming familiar with modern art and meeting artists such as Picasso.

Having married a Canadian accountant she met in Paris, Clark moved to Toronto in 1931. At first she rejected the landscapes of the Group of Seven, focusing instead on self-portraits and still lifes.
