Morgan Wagner died yesterday after a long illness.

An artist of national repute, Mr. Wagner was a friend of artists throughout the country. His work has been shown in many large galleries.

Born in Holly, Colorado in 1917, he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eleanor Wagner, his father, John Wagner of Lyons and a Brother , Michael of San Francisco.
