Lola Brown Nampitjinpa (Born 1938) is active/lives in Australia. Lola Nampitjinpa is known for Aboriginal painting.
"Lola Brown Nampitjinpa was is from the Remote artist community of Yuendumu, Northern Territory. Lola predominately depicts 'Pikilyi Springs Dreaming' in her paintings, which represent her connection to the land during the time of creation. The Pikillilyi Spring is a large sacred waterhole near Mt Doreen Station, where the ancestral spirits of Yuendumu and the Rainbow Serpent spirits reside. Lola's depiction of her Dreaming is therefore one filled with life and vibrancy. Lola uses, bright, early colours accompanied by fine dot work to resemble her unique sacred site 'Pikillilyi'."
