His works present a sense of loss of modern Chinese people.  In using color, he likes to choose those bright and vigor ones.  With his unique viewpoint, he depicts phenomena of history and society, people's weakness and coldness, as well as his criticism to modern society's overly commercialization.  As a creation, he is regarded as a quite thoughtful and unique artist.
