Robert Von Neumann

Robert Franz Von Neumann (1888 - 1976) was active/lived in Wisconsin / Germany.  Robert Von Neumann is known for Printmaking, painting-fishermen, lithography, teaching.

He was born in Rostock, Germany in 1888. He studied at the Royal Academy in Berlin. His work, which has earned many prizes, often features the sea. Von Neumann exhibited at the National Academy of Design, the Corcoran and the 1939 Worlds Fair. He is represented in the Milwaukee Art Institute, the Library of Congress and the Bibliotheque Nationale. Von Neumann died in 1976.
