Carl Ivanovich Kollmann (1788 - 1846) was active/lived in Russian Federation.  Carl Kollmann is known for Painting.

Carl Kollmann - known Russian watercolorist and lithographer. He arrived in Russia around 1803 to teach drawing in the Pages and the Cadet Corps, as well as in the school for the deaf. In 1833 he received the title of "appointed", and in 1839 - Academician of the Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg. In 1846 he worked in Italy. Carl Ivanovich Kollmann was born in 1788 in Augsburg and died in 1846 in St Petersburg.
