Tommaso Salini

Tommaso Salini (1575 - 1625) was active/lived in Italy.  Tommaso Salini is known for Still lifes and floral paintings influenced by Caravaggio.

The artist was trained in the workshop of Francesco Morelli and specialized in still lifes and floral paintings. He was influenced by Caravaggio's work and attended the trial between Caravaggio and Giovanni Baglione in 1603. Caravaggio testified that he knew Salini as a still life painter but had never seen one.
