Ludwik Misky

Ludwik Misky (1884 - 1938) was active/lived in Poland.  Ludwik Misky is known for Painting, graphic artist, fabric design, still lifes, architectural motifs, portraits.

Ludwik Misky was born in Nowy Sacz in 1884. As a painter and graphic artist, Misky was an outstanding colorist. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in the studios Cynk, Wyczólkowski, Pankiewicz, Mehoffer and Stanislavsky. He continued his studies in Dresden, Leipzig, Berlin, and Vienna. He was a member of the Guild of Artists "Unicorn". The landscapes of Ludwik Misky was inspired by the work of Stanislavsky. He painted still lifes, architectural motifs and portraits.
