Leo Manso (1914 - 1993) was active/lived in New York.  Leo Manso is known for Abstract-non ob imagery painting, collage.

Studied: National Academy of Design, New School for Social Research w/Camillo Egas.  Member of National Academy of Design (1985, National Academician).  

Exhibited at: PAFA (1947-49, 53,54, 62-68), with American Abstract Artists, 1948, PAAM, 1948 (with Hofmann, Pollock, Gottlieb, Knaths), Audubon Artists (1952, first prize, oil), American Academy & Institute of Arts and Letters NYC (award), University of Illinois, Ford Foundation, National Institute of Arts and Letters, MoMA, Whitney Museum of American Art, NE Arts Festival, Art Students League, Hudson River Museum, Frank Rehn Gallery (many awards in above mentioned).
