Cigar Daisey (1928 - 2017) was active/lived in Virginia.  Cigar Daisey is known for Decoys.

Delbert Cigar Daisey was born in 1918 in Chincoteague, Virginia. He was given the nickname "Cigar" by a game warden after he lost some cigars while stealing ducks from the warden's trap. Cigar was a renowned decoy carver and his life and work have been memorialized in a book by Doily Fulcher. He passed away in 2017 and his red breasted merganser decoys are considered to be some of his best work.
