Martha Epp

Martha Epp (1907 - 1995) was active/lived in Colorado, Kansas.  Martha Epp is known for Abstract western landscape painting.

Born in Kansas, Martha Epp received degrees from the University of Northern Colorado, and went on to further study at the University of Denver, University of Colorado, Kirkland School of Art, and California College of Arts and Crafts, and privately with Thomas Hart Benton.

Epp taught and was chair of the art department at North High School, Denver from 1948 to 1972.  She taught at the Denver Art Museum and exhibited more than 30 times, including shows with the Fifteen Colorado Artists.
