Trenton Doyle Hancock (Born 1974) is active/lives in Texas.  Trenton Hancock is known for Installations, collage, non objective.

Trenton Doyle Hancock, "known for spraling installations that spill over gallery walls and floors in a three-dimensional torrent of handwritten words and cartoonish images," (Heartney, 68) was brought up in Paris, Texas and is now a resident of Houston.   He earned a BFA from Texas A&M in 1997 and an MFA from Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia in 2000.

In 2000, when he was 25, Hancock was one of the youngest artists ever to be included in a Whitney Biennial; his paintings were in the next Biennial as well, and also in the Studio Museum in Harlem's 2001 "Freestyle" exhibition.  Lynn Herbert, who organized a 2001 exhibition of his work at Houston's Contemporary Arts Museum, compared him to English poet, William Blake.
