In 1909-1917 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, Poland in the studios of Józef Pankiewicz and Teodor Axentowicz.

He exhibited, among others, at the Independent Exhibition in Krakow (1926); at the Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts in Warsaw, Poznan; Kalisz, Piotrków.
