Rupert was born Conrad Lubnau into a German immigrant family of 9 who owned a country store in Detroit, MI. He later changed his name to Rupert Conrad. As Rupert Conrad's daughter, I was part of Rupert's life during the years of 1947 - 1957 in Westport, Ct. and Hollywood, FL, along with my mother, Mary and brother Ed.
