David Shrigley (Born 1968) is active/lives in England, Scotland.  David Shrigley is known for Whimsical drawing and painting.

David Shrigley is a British visual artist. He worked and lived in Glasgow for many years before moving to Brighton. At Leicester Polytechnic, he took a foundation course in art and design. He later studied environmental art at the Glasgow School of Art. Shrigley rose to fame in the 1990s for his line drawings, which often deal with witty, surreal and darkly humorous subjects and are done in a rough, almost childlike style. In addition to being an illustrator, Shrigley is also a painter, sculptor, filmmaker and photographer, and has recorded albums of poetry and poems.
