Alfredo Sosabravo (Born 1930) is active/lives in Cuba.  Alfredo Sosabravo is known for Painting and sculpture.

Alfredo Sosabravo was a Cuban artist who was trained at the Escuela Elemental de Artes Plásticas Aplicadas Anexa a la Academia de Artes Plásticas San Alejandro in Havana. He was known for his colorful and primitive paintings, drawings, printmaking, and ceramics. Sosabravo's work was characterized by pure color inserted in a form of thick lines that drew a fantastic world but within reach. He used a color palette composed of bright shades and primary colors, which gave the idea of primitive painting linked to the naive and the spontaneous. Throughout his career, he participated in numerous national and international exhibitions and received several awards, including the National Plastic Arts Prize in 1997. In 2008, the National Museum of Havana included his work in the anthological exhibition Cuba: Art and History, which was presented at the Museum of Fine Arts in Montreal, Canada. Sosabravo passed away in 2021.
