Tony Tollet (1857 - 1953) was active/lived in France.  Tony Tollet is known for Portrait painting.

Originally from Lyon, Tony Tollet studied at the Beaux-Arts in Paris under the academic masters Cabanel and Merson. From 1887 onwards, the artist exhibited at the Salon, mainly portraits, for which he received numerous commissions from notables. Our subject takes on the characteristics of this portraitist painter, but is astonishing for the sensuality of the model, the frou-frou of the fabrics and the Japanese-style shape of the fan casually holding the courtesan.
