Studied:
1898-1900 Zeichenakademie, Hanau
1900-1902 Akademie der Künste, Munich
1902-1904 Additional studies in London, England
1904-1905 Academie Julian, Paris
1905-1907 Ecole des Beaux-Arts, Paris

Starting in 1908, he was working in Munich, especially with A. von Hildebrand

From 1909 on, he exhibited at the Kunstausstellungen im Glaspalast
