David McCullough writes:

The truth from one of the makers of this painting, me, is that it was made as a collaboration between Light sculptor, Chicago artist Mr. Larry Yaseen in my studio in Dallas in the 70's.  A person in Houston offered to buy it from us.  I personally delivered the painting to Houston with Mr. Yaseen and installed it in his home over his fireplace. 



Mr. Yaseen and I were classmates at the Kansas City Art Institute from 1968 - 70, where we both shared an interest in the use of light in art making processes and still stay in touch.
