Quan Pu

Quan Pu (1913 - 1991) is known for Landscape painting.

Pu Quan, also known as Songchuang, was a member of the Qing imperial family. He was a competent painter and joined the Songfeng Painting Association in 1928. He became a member of the Chinese Painting Research Association in 1936 while teaching at Fu Jen Catholic University. After 1949, he worked as a researcher at the Central Research Institute of Culture and History and a painter at the Beijing Art Academy. He painted many works that were in keeping with the trends of the times while incorporating the traditional style and techniques of Chinese painting.
