Born in France, Huze studied at the Beaux Arts Academy in Paris and belonged to the Association of the Humorist.

He spent several years living and painting in Tahiti, and lives in Australia.

French Artist Guy Huze has come to Australia and is holding exhibitions of his paintings.  Vivacious and full of vitality himself, he takes an impish delight in painting humorous scenes on Sydney beaches.  Ameriacn critis dubbed him "painter of the water".  He likes painting Sydney's skyline with a foreground of harbor.  He has exhibited in New York and San Francisco.
