Michelle Possum Nungarrayi (Born 1968) is active/lives in Australia.  Michelle Nungarrayi is known for Aboriginal painting.

Michelle Possum Nungarrayi (born 1970) is a gifted artist from the remote Yuelamu (Mount Allan) community, 290kms northwest of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. Michelle comes from a strong family background of art, being the daughter of the tremendously famous Clifford Possum. Clifford is known as one of the founding artists of the Australian desert art movement and for achieving the highest price at auction, to date, for an Indigenous artwork - $2.4 million to the National Gallery of Australia in 2007. Michelle, along with her sister Gabriella and brother Lionel, were taught to paint by their brilliantly talented father from a very young age. Along with painting techniques, Michelle was taught the traditional stories and dreamings of her family and country.
