Egor Koshelev

Egor Koshelev (Born 1980) is known for Painting.

Contemporary Russian artist. In 2003, the artist graduated from the Academy. S.G. Stroganov (department of monumental painting), and in 2006, having defended his dissertation on Tintoretto, received a PhD in art history. After graduating from the Academy, Egor Koshelev participated in the annual exhibitions of the “Workshop” project at the Moscow Museum of Modern Art. Winner of the Strabag Kunstforum Prize (2012). The artist’s works are presented in the collections of MMOMA, the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum and the State Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve.
